original purpose is to provide an all- natural Tour Our SiteWe have expanded our original site. It now includes pages that reflect many aspects of a medieval castle life with a modern twist. Our "site map" reflects this idea. "The Wall" tells more detail about our castle, its functions and nomenclature and our way of life. While there is some information given about castle living the intent of this site is to have fun and enjoy your Eco-friendly shopping experience in a light-hearted way. If you learn something new, then that makes it all the better. Our castle currently has various sections. (More detail found on the wall) For our tour we will start as we enter and work our way through.
The castle's main gate is the only entrance from outside the valley which is protected by the mountainous ridge of the extinct volcano. Through these you will enter our stronghold. In the western gate tower you will find the headquarters for our castle guard. Be on your best behavior for they maintain order as well as providing for the security of our people and honorable guests. Here you will find some our knights and many security items for sale. Yes, there are some modern security items here, including home security systems and identity protection. If you find a knight at the wall I am sure he will help you with any questions about knightly armor, their weapons and nomenclature ( what means what and what it is called.) In the Eastern gate tower (right side of the gate as you enter) you will find our Merchants Guild, which provides several job opportunities. It also provides information on various ways to promote any opportunity you may wish, and if you wish to sell at our castle you will need to use the guild as a contact point. Other business related information and services are available including information on advertising methods and social networking information.
Near the valley watch tower is the granary. Here, or at the mill, you will find the miller's wares and other non-prepared food items or cooking needs, since this is where the castle food supplies are stored. The
stock pile lies just
the other side of the same wall in the valley. It is not open to the public at
this time, but this is where non-food items are stored until such time as
they are needed. Our Sanctuary lies on the southern wall. It is a place of worship and the center of learning for the community. As such you will find educational resources when they become available. Our wall may not seem all that imposing to someone who has seen sky scrapers and big city buildings, but they hold a defensive purpose. Want to know more?
